How can one experience unexpected flavors without leaving the city? How can one enjoy the pleasure of real, heartwarming, tasty food free from industrial processing? Chef Josie Gessner traveled the world and brought all that experience back to her roots, at the Botané Deli and Cafe. A cuisine without excesses and without judgment. At Botané, stories are told and experiences are lived.
The brand’s creative concept follows the same idea as the dishes: full of flavor, textures, without protocol, without labels. Fresh ingredients are the stars. Thus, the symbol serves as a reminder of the importance of roots, both in Chef Josie’s life, where she returned to, and in the food she uses. Therefore, what is under the earth, in the symbol, is a heart-vegetable, which grows and lives in this sacred place to, later, become food for the body and soul at Botané. These are some of the main characteristics of the Beloved Brand Botané, Deli and Cafe.
